The Villas at Disneyland Hotel! My family stayed there last year and absolutely loved it! The rooms are beautiful and full of amenities, including a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We found it really convenient to enjoy breakfast in the room before heading out for a fun day in the parks.
All Guests can enter Disney California Adventure Park through the main entrance. From the Disneyland Hotel, it's an easy walk through the Downtown Disney District to reach both park gates. Depending on the time, you might want to stop at
Beignets Expressed to grab some warm beignets for your morning treat! It's the best snack to start your day at Disneyland!
Regarding the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa entrance into California Adventure, my experience has been mixed when staying at the Disneyland Hotel. That
entrance is intended for Guests of the Grand Californian and Pixar Place Hotel. However, Cast Members have often allowed me to use it early in the morning when I showed my Disneyland Hotel room key. Policies can change, and it’s always up to the security Cast Members at the entrance to decide who may use that gate.
In my experience, they typically check room keys first thing in the morning. Later in the day, I have always been able to enter through the Grand Californian entrance even when I wasn’t staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel. This is also subject to change, but it has worked for me many times.
Did you know that Guests staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel can now receive one
complimentary Lightning Lane entry per registered Guest to use during their stay? I recommend using it at one of the most popular attractions, such as Space Mountain in Disneyland Park or Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! in California Adventure. It's a fun perk that gives you another opportunity to ride your favorite attraction!
