    Hey there, Amanda!

I'm so happy to welcome you to planDisney! It looks like your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth is coming up soon, and during the holiday season no less. Oh, what fun! With all that festive magic on the horizon, you truly have the most wonderful time to look forward to. Dreaming about all the possibilities is part of the excitement, but I know that planning can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. But hakuna matata...it means, "no worries!" That's exactly where I come in. I'm here to help you, so you can leave those worries behind and focus on the magic ahead.

Walt Disney World has been a huge part of my life, and since I've been navigating the parks as a wheelchair user since I was a kid, I've picked up tons of tips and tricks along the way. I've learned what really makes a Disney day smooth, fun, and stress-free, and I love being able to pass that along. Helping other Guests feel comfortable, confident, and ready for an amazing trip is one of my favorite parts of being here at planDisney.

Disney World offers a variety of accessible attractions based on your mobility needs. If you use a wheelchair, there are several rides where you can remain seated in your chair for the entire experience. You can find the complete list of these attractions online.

Across all four theme parks, you'll find plenty of accessible entertainment, from shows and parades to nighttime fireworks, all with accessible viewing areas. Cast Members are always nearby and happy to help you find the right spot or answer any questions.

At Disney Resorts, you'll discover accessible pathways as well as a variety of accessible room options. And no matter how you travel around, Skyliner, boat, monorail, or bus, Disney's complimentary transportation is equipped to accommodate all abilities.

Amanda, I hope this helps give you a clearer picture of what accessibility looks like at Disney World. If you'd like more personalized support, you can always reach out to the wonderful Disability Services team at disability.services@disneyparks.com. And of course, if you have anything specific you'd like to ask, I'm here and happy to help. We all love making every Guest's visit practically perfect in every way!
