It’s the most wonderful time of the year, so it makes sense you’ll be spending it in the most magical place on Earth! I bet you’re packed and ready, just finishing up those final details like linking your MagicBands!
Once a MagicBand+ is linked to a Guest, it can
only be used by the Guest it is assigned to. If the MagicBand+ has not been used yet, a Cast Member may be able to help you reassign it, but it is not a process you can complete on your own. I recommend calling the number listed under “
App and MagicBand Support” for assistance from a Cast Member. I suggest calling as soon as possible, so you’re ready to use your MagicBand+ as soon as you arrive in Walt Disney World.
