Trader Sam’s. The awesome tiki drinks, the theming, whimsy, and tropical vibes just put me at ease.
I hate to say it, but there is no new information about the
Mixology Seminar, which means it may have been put on hiatus or even discontinued. The best I can say is to keep checking back. Don’t let that get you down, though. You may find that enjoying the beverages is WAY more fun than making them. Start with the
Uh-Oa!, and see where it takes you. Check back in after the
Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Rum. You might end up out to sea.
Lindsay, there is a
Beverage Education Seminar at Sonoma Terrace for the
California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, but sadly, those events end just before your visit. Any chance of moving your trip to April? I would also highly recommend visiting the
Carthay Circle Lounge, where they offer upscale classic cocktails in the elegant 1920s-inspired lounge.
Wherever you decide to partake, I hope it’s with good friends to share the magic with. I'm sure you will make many magical memories at the
