Ahoy there, Amber. Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you’re getting ready for an upcoming sailing on a Disney cruise. I like to narrow down the packing list so I remember to bring the essentials, like passports and prescription medications, but also to avoid any
prohibited items on accident.
Disney Cruise Line allows
Guests over the age of 21 to bring a maximum of 2 bottles of wine or sparkling wine or champagne (no more than 750 mL) or 6 beers (no more than 12 ounces) onboard. On Embarkation Day, be sure to have these in your carry-on bags instead of your checked luggage.
Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that liquors and spirits are not allowed to be brought onboard to be consumed. The exception is if you are at a port of call and you purchase a bottle of liquor, you are able to bring it back to the ship, but it will be stored until the end of the cruise.
There are many beverage tasting seminars offered on Disney cruises that might interest you. My mother, daughter, and I took a seminar on gin during our last cruise; it was both fun and educational!
Amber, I'm wishing you a magical time on your upcoming Disney cruise. If you have more questions, please don’t hesitate to sail by
planDisney again.
Hope to SEA ya real soon,
Kiki
