Hi there, James. Welcome to planDisney!
I am so happy to hear you are
bibbidi bobbidi booked at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. This experience is truly special. A few years ago, I took my granddaughter there, and after her royal makeover, she started waving her arms. When we asked our newly made-over princess what she was doing, she explained that she was trying to fly because she had been sprinkled with so much pixie dust! It was such a magical memory! I know your little one will find it just as enchanting!
James, if you plan to visit Magic Kingdom on a day when Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is taking place but do not have a ticket for this special event, the park will close to all day Guests at 6 pm. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a separately ticketed event that features the Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.
James, while Cinderella's magic may end at midnight, your family's magic doesn't have to stop at 6 pm. I'm not sure if you're taking your daughter or son for a royal makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, but it sounds like you'll have a little Mouseketeer all dressed up and ready for a special evening. Just a monorail ride away, you can dine with Cinderella and Princess Tiana at
1900 Park Fare. Also at the
Grand Floridian, you'll often find a Disney PhotoPass opportunity on the second floor, where you can have your picture taken with Cinderella's iconic glass slipper. Be sure to check your My Disney Experience app for the current hours on the day of your visit. Another possible option is to hop on a boat that will whisk you away to
Disney's Wilderness Lodge, where you can
have a meal with Snow White, Dopey, Grumpy, and The Queen in an enchanted forest! And of course, at each of these Resort hotels, you can enjoy the Christmas trees, holiday decor, and
holiday foods! After your day at Magic Kingdom, another great place to visit is
Disney Springs, where you can soak in the
festive Christmas spirit! At Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop, treat your family to a Peppermint Bark Hot Fudge Sundae or Peppermint Hot Cocoa. Or try the adorable and delicious holiday treats at Amorette's Patisserie! As a bonus, while you are there, you can capture picture-perfect memories at the
Disney PhotoPass Studio in Disney Springs. This full-service photo studio doesn't require a reservation, so it's a perfect spot to take magical photos of your little one dressed in their
bibbidi bobbidi best! Next time you're in town, I hope you'll have the opportunity to stay for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but I know that this year, you'll still find plenty of magical experiences after Magic Kingdom closes at 6 pm. I've enjoyed chatting with you, James. Please let us know if you have any other questions or if we can help with anything else. We are fellow Guests like you, and we love sprinkling a little pixie-dusted advice and suggestions. Have the most magical visit!
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!
