How much does Aulani Resort charge your credit card at check in for incidentals? I've been looking everywhere to find an amount so I can budget before we go. Thank you

    Aloha Sara,

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for asking a question about Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, it's an incredible place to visit! My family visited Aulani last year and had the most amazing vacation filled with the best memories. Your vacation is just around the corner so let's take a look at the check-in process.

When you arrive at Aulani, you'll head straight to the Front Desk to get checked in. Here, a Cast Member will verify the information on the reservation (arrival and departure time, your travel party's information, any room requests, address and phone number) and you'll need to provide a credit card number. You'll need to pay any remaining balance on your reservation and then a $100 hold will be placed on your credit card for incidental charges while you're at the Resort.

During your stay at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, don’t miss visiting the Pau Hana Room – Community Hall. This lively space is filled with games, activities, and entertainment for guests of all ages. It’s also where you can sign up for daily experiences (subject to change), like the Menehune Adventure Trail - my family's favorite, especially at night when the trail feels even more magical - crafting Aulani-inspired Mickey Ears, ‘ukulele lessons, and Kāpala Ki'i, a fun t-shirt stamping activity. Be sure to check the Aulani ‘Iwa for a full schedule of events and activities, including Character appearances, Rainbow Reef fish feeding times, and beachside family fun. It’s the perfect tool to help you make the most of your magical getaway!

Sara, I hope this information helps with the last of your planning before you're off to the island of 'Oahu. If you have any other questions, please let me know!
