Hey there, hi there, ho there, Melissa! You're as welcome as can be here at
planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!
I actually reached out to confirm this for you, and a very sweet Cast Member let me know that, at this time, the maximum length of stay a Guest can book at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel is 30 nights.
I know that probably isn't the answer you were hoping for, especially since
Fort Wilderness is one of those places where it's incredibly easy to settle in and never want to leave. But honestly, one full month surrounded by the trails, campsites, wildlife, and peaceful atmosphere of Fort Wilderness still sounds pretty magical to me.
That being said, I do think it would be worthwhile to call the
Walt Disney World help center directly and explain your particular situation. While the policy is currently capped at 30 nights, a Cast Member may still be able to look over your dates and see whether there are any options for your specific case. It never hurts to ask, especially for a unique stay like this one.
Melissa, I hope you're able to make your Fort Wilderness plans work out beautifully. There is truly something so special about waking up in the middle of Disney magic while still feeling tucked away in nature. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help here at planDisney!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
