Lily from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

For 1 bedroom concierge- 1. Can I order room service from dining room on the day of disembarkation? 2. There are a total of 13 of us, what kind of photo package would you recommend us to purchase? 3. How much is laundry on Disney Wonder?

Ahoy there Lily, and welcome aboard planDisney!

It looks like you'll be sailing in style in a Concierge 1-Bedroom Suite on the Disney Wonder with a larger group of fellow seafarers, so I'll do my best to help answer all of the questions you have ahead of your voyage:

    • Having 24-hour access to Room Service throughout your voyage long after the dining locations have closed is in my opinion, one of the best parts about cruising. Unlike most of the other guests on board who can only order room service up to the final evening, Concierge Guests can often take advantage of the added perk of in-suite dining selections from the concierge in-suite dining menu prior to disembarking. As with anything on board, policies may always be subject to availability and may change without prior notice so it's a great idea to call the dedicated Concierge Agent to confirm - especially when you reach out to let them know of the things you'd like to book and any special requests up to 130 days ahead of your voyage.
    • While it might not necessarily be something I'd suggest to a couple sailing on their own, for a larger group sailing together like yours, I'd definitely recommend pre-ordering the Unlimited Digital Package so that you can make the most out of all of the photos you'll be taking together! (This also makes it easier for you to share digitally amongst yourselves afterward as opposed to receiving individual prints.) It's also a good idea to speak with the Crew Members directly at Shutters Photography Shop on Deck 4 on the Disney Wonder to ask about linking staterooms under your photo package.
    • The price of doing laundry on board can vary quite a bit, depending on whether you're happy to take advantage of Self-Service Laundry located on Decks 2, 6 and 7 on the Disney Wonder which is currently about $3 for each wash or dry and $1 for laundry detergent or softener. There is also Full-Service Laundry or Dry Cleaning available where Crew Members will pick up your bags right from your stateroom or suite and I recommend letting your onboard Concierge team know if you have anything you'd like to be picked up (especially if there's anything you'd want sooner via Same Day or Express Laundry service in about 3 hours). The prices currently vary depending on the garment and are generally priced under $5 for each item and may be double as much for evening wear like suits or dresses; it's important to take note that pricing is also subject to change without prior notice and charges will certainly be higher if you choose a faster turnaround time.
I hope this helps, Lily! Don't hesitate to come back to us here at planDisney again before you and your crew all set sail. In the meantime, I hope you get excited about your upcoming voyage by checking out the brand-new Disney Cruise Line float "Magic Meets the Seas" in this year's Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!

Wishing you all the best on your future ocean adventures!
