How do I book a cruise from Texas to Mexico sometime during the last two weeks of February 2027 for five nights?

Ahoy, Debra! Welcome to planDisney and the beginning of your adventure to where magic meets the sea. I’m happy to help you identify cruises that meet your exact specifications.

You will be happy to hear that the itineraries for early 2027 have already been released and bookings are currently open for the timeframe that you are looking for during the last two weeks of February 2027. Since you already know the sailing dates, desired itinerary, and departure port that you want, you can significantly narrow down your cruise search on the website. Follow these steps to get your options:

    • Start by clicking on the tab labeled “Plan a Cruise” at the top of the main page and then click on the first white box labeled "Leaving" and select February 2027.
    • Then click on the second white box labeled “Sailing to” and select “Caribbean Cruises.” (I know you want to go to Mexico, but the Baja cruises from California are the ones in the “Mexican Cruises” category, whereas cruises with stops in Cozumel and Progreso, Mexico are categorized as Western Caribbean itineraries.)
    • Next, click on the third white box labeled “Departing from” and select “Galveston, Texas.”
    • Choose your number of guests in the fourth white box and then click on “More Filters.” The second question that comes up is “How many nights?” and you can click on “5 to 6.”
    • Finally, click on the blue “View Dates” button on the far right and you should get a list of options.

I ran the same search and received a list of four sailing dates for a 5-Night Western Caribbean Cruise from Galveston aboard the Disney Magic. It looks like three of those options fit within your desired timeframe: February 12-17, 2027, February 21-26, 2027, and February 26-March 3, 2027. All three of those options include two days at sea, plus stops in Cozumel and Progreso. I actually sailed on this exact itinerary last year with my family and we had the best time. Both stops offer a number of different Port Adventures, whether you are looking to soak up the sun on a beach or go explore Mayan ruins. Plus the Disney Magic is the original Disney Cruise Line ship, so you cannot go wrong.

Hopefully one of those options works perfectly with your schedule. If you have any other questions about planning or are looking for any recommendations, please sail on back to planDisney. Happy sailing in 2027!
