You have an exciting vacation to look forward to, but I can certainly understand how it might have felt a little less than magical to book your vacation and find out later that a special offer became available. Not to worry! Let’s talk about how to take advantage of that offer.
Newly released
special offers will not automatically be applied to existing reservations. However, you should be able to have your reservation modified if you qualify for the new promotion and there is still availability at that special rate. You can sometimes do this by logging into My Disney Experience, and going to “My Plans.” If you are able to modify the reservation, you will see the option there to modify and choose offers that are available. I find that the easiest way to handle these situations is by
calling to speak with a Cast Member. They can check availability on the special offer and help process any changes. In some cases, this may require canceling your original reservation and rebooking a new package under the current offer. A Cast Member will be able to explain your options to you.
