Bonjour, Jane, and Bienvenue to planDisney!
There are so many unique sights, sounds, tastes, and experiences to love about Disneyland Paris, so it's always a delight to help a fellow American check a visit off of their magical bucket list. I'm so glad you stopped by with your question!
When planning a Disneyland Paris vacation, I highly recommend
booking directly through the Disneyland Paris website so that you can take advantage of the opportunity to pay in installments with zero booking fees and have the peace of mind provided by the
Flexible Booking Policy that allows for a full refund up to 7 days before arrival. As an international traveller, this flexibility is super helpful in the event of an unforeseen conflict!
I would also suggest booking your vacation as part of a
Disneyland Paris Hotel + Tickets Package. These packages are available at a variety of price points, depending on which Disney Hotel you decide to call your magical home away from home, and include fun theming, proximity, and early entry to the theme parks, the option to add a Meal Plan to your stay, and reduced ticket prices when compared to those of separately purchased theme park tickets.
I know that international calling fees can quickly add up, so when I'm planning my Disneyland Paris vacations, I regularly use the Live Chat feature available on the Disneyland Paris website. You'll currently see this appear as a small blue and white pop-up between the hours of 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM Saturdays, local Paris time. Because it's important to factor in the time difference, I typically take care of my Disneyland Paris planning first thing in the morning here in Georgia. Oh, and if you don't immediately see the pop-up during the hours above,
hakuna matata. It's likely because all available representatives are currently assisting other Guests. Just check back periodically, and you shouldn't have a problem connecting with someone who can assist you. When planning how you'll make your way to the magic, you'll want to reference
this helpful page that outlines a variety of travel options from Paris airports and Paris city center. Whether you're arriving by train, bus, shuttle, or car, transportation is very straightforward.
Now that we've addressed your booking options, I'd love to share some of my very favorite things about Disneyland Paris with you!
I hope this is helpful, Jane, and that you're walking down a Main Street a bit farther from home so very soon. If you'd like any additional advice for your visit, don't hesitate to swing back by planDisney.
You've got a friend in me!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
