If I were to book a value resort with the quick service dining plan (paid for, not the free dining plan) would I receive 2 meals & 1 snack per day or would this be 1 meal as I’m at a value resort?

    Hello there Deborah,

I'm so happy you've visited planDisney with your question... welcome! I love talking about all the fun and delicious food options at Walt Disney World. Let's dig in and talk about what your dining plan will include.

One thing I've always loved is the variety of resort options offered at Walt Disney World. Over the years, my family has stayed at Value, Moderate, and Deluxe category resorts... and there is truly something unique and special about each one of them! But no matter which type of resort you choose, be assured that when staying anywhere in the Disney Resorts Collection you will receive the exact same inclusions when purchasing a Disney Dining Plan or Quick-Service Dining Plan.

So that means if you book a vacation package that includes a Value Resort room and Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, each guest on the reservation will receive 2 Quick-Service meals and 1 snack per night of your stay.

Deborah, I'm a big fan of the flexibility that comes with Quick-Service dining. You don't need to be tied to a reservation time, or be worried you don't have enough time to wait in an attraction queue. You can just eat whenever it works best for you! Plus, there are some absolutely delicious Quick-Service dining locations. There are many wonderful options at EPCOT, but one of my family's favorite meals is the Kansas City smoked half chicken at Regal Eagle Smokehouse in the American Pavilion. Two-thumbs way up!!

One last tip before I go... be sure to have the My Disney Experience app downloaded and ready to use during your trip. Placing a Mobile Food Order inside the app can be very slick, and save you time standing in a busy lunch line.

I hope this helps with your magical plans! Please visit me again at planDisney if I can offer any other recommendations on dining, or answer any other questions you may have.

    Sending pixie-dust to you!
    Tami
