Ahoy there, Logan! Yo ho, and welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you’ve booked the perfect island getaway on the
Disney Fantasy.
I’m a big fan of Disney Cruise Line’s
rotational dining. You’ll visit each of the three main dining rooms during your sailing, and your serving team will rotate right along with you, which is one of the things that makes Disney Cruise Line unique. My personal favorite is Animator’s Palate, not just for the interactive experience, but for the Black Truffle Pasta Purseittes… they’re chef’s kiss!
While schedules can change,
Pirate Night on a 4-night cruise to Disney’s private islands is
typically on the third night. You won’t miss out on any of the main dining rooms because of it. Pirate Night replaces the regular menu with a special themed one. On a 4-night itinerary, the dining rotation is usually 1, 2, 2, and 3. Pirate Night dinner is served in whichever restaurant you’re visiting for the second time.
No matter which dining room you’re in, everyone gets the same Pirate Night menu, which will include dishes like Jerk Chicken with rice and peas, seafood pasta, and crab cakes, all with a seafaring theme. Your dining team will also trade their regular uniforms for pirate attire, which adds to the fun. It’s a great night to dress up and join in the swashbuckling spirit!
You’ll be able to see your exact dining rotation once you board by checking the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, I recommend doing so before you leave home, because it’s your go-to tool for schedules, activities, and dining information while onboard.
I hope this helps you and your scallywag crew get excited for your adventure, Logan.
Sea ya real soon!
