Hi, we have booked Disneyland Paris from January 11th-14th and was wondering if you know what’s rides will be scheduled to be closed during that time as there are a few we are really looking forward to. Many thanks shannon

    Bienvenue, Shannon!

Thanks for saying bonjour to us at planDisney as you prepare for your Disneyland Paris vacation! I see that you're visiting in January, and I must say that it's one of my favorite months of the year to embark on a magical vacation. Typically, Guests are returning home from their holiday getaways, prices are a bit lower, and there's even a chance you'll get to see Main Street, U.S.A. blanketed in snow!

Now, it's important to keep in mind that January does sometimes bring with it refurbishments, and it's a great idea to look into this ahead of time to prevent any disappointment. While we're currently a bit too far out to know what exactly will be undergoing refurbishment during your vacation, I can point you to the location where you'll be able to find that information when it is released!

Towards the bottom of the 'Park Hours' page of the Disneyland Paris website, you'll see the option to 'Choose Your Park' and then filter by open or closed attractions. This information will correspond to the date on the calendar a bit higher up. Currently, dates are only available through mid-December, so you'll want to check back as your vacation draws closer to see what will and will not be available during your visit.

Although I was unable to provide definitive closure information for January, I do have some positive news to share. It is currently anticipated that Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast's extensive refurbishment will be completed by the end of the year, so you should have no trouble accompanying Buzz to infinity and beyond during your vacation.

I hope this helps in your planning, Shannon, and please know that I'll be thinking the happiest thoughts for minimal refurbishments in January!

    Au revoir,
    Lizzie
