Francesca from Scotland Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have booked a partner hotels through Disney. I would like to book the parade viewing area but I haven't been able to. I see the option on the app and am asked to login via the website. Once there, there is no option to book the parade. Please help.

Bonjour Francesca, and a warm welcome to planDisney. I'm delighted to help you with your question about your upcoming trip to the happiest place in Europe! I see that your trip is only a few dreams away…let the memories begin!

The Reserved Viewing Area for the Disney Stars on Parade offers prime views of those fantastic floats and colourful Characters, so I can see why you’re keen to book this, Francesca!

There are a few different ways to book this area, depending on how you booked your visit. If you booked directly with Disneyland Paris and you have paid in full, you can make your booking through the Disneyland Paris mobile app by clicking on "Buy" at the bottom of the home screen. Or, if you booked through a third party, then it is only possible to reserve these areas via the Disneyland Paris mobile app, 1 week before your arrival date. It's worth noting that the Reserved Viewing Areas are very popular and are subject to availability, so you may not see a reservation available on your chosen date.

I'm sure it's disappointing not to see a reservation available for you, but don't lose hope yet! Keep an eye on the Disneyland Paris website for availability, or give a Disney expert a call to check availability for you. I’ll be wishing upon a star that you’re able to snag the reserved viewing area that you’ve been dreaming of!

I see that you are arriving for your trip at the end of January, which is such a magical time to visit! When I visit Disney destinations in the winter, I like to warm up with a hot chocolate and a snack between rides. I recommend making a stop at Cable Car Bake Shop or Cookie Kitchen for a sweet treat!

I hope you have the most magical trip and make memories to last a lifetime. If you have any other questions, planDisney is here to help make your holiday practically perfect in every way!

    Magic and Wishes,

    Abi
