Since you refer to your reservation, I am guessing you are inquiring about the discounted Disney Resort hotel stay and the promo card offer. If the reservation you have booked meets the criteria for this offer, you can attempt to modify your reservation online and apply any discounts that fit your current trip. If you booked your reservation directly through Walt Disney World and have it linked to your
My Disney Experience account, you may be able to make changes online on the “My Plans” page. If your reservation is eligible to be modified, you’ll see a link to the right of the confirmation number that says, “Change Reservation.” Once you select this option, you will see a series of options to adjust different components of your reservation.
If you booked a Walt Disney World vacation package, you are eligible for
Magical Extras! You can read a complete list of the
Magical Extras here. You will either receive your Magical Extras card in the mail along with your vacation package information, or if you do not receive it beforehand, you can ask a Front Desk Cast Member for it when you arrive!
