Hi Laura and
bienvenue to planDisney.
It sounds as though you have an amazing trip to
Disneyland Paris planned with a stay at
Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel and Character Dining booked at both
Auberge de Cendrillion in Disneyland Park and the
Royal Banquet at the absolutely stunning Disneyland Hotel. I must admit, I am a little jealous!
Going back to your question, Laura, when you book a Hotel + Ticket package, staying at a Disney Hotel, one of the benefits that you get is the ability to add Character Dining to your booking, at the time of booking (subject to availability).
When you do this, the dining reservations do not show up in the "Account Section" of the
Disneyland Paris App, under "My Table Bookings", like ones that you make through the App do. They will however be detailed on your booking confirmation which I assume was emailed over to you after you made your telephone booking.
If you booked directly with Disneyland Paris and would like to double-check this, you can either
call the Client Relation Center or, ask an Agent, who is able to access your booking, via the Live Chat function on the Disneyland Paris App or website.
Top Tip - The Live Chat function can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris website and/or Disneyland Paris App.
I'm so glad that you took advantage of this fantastic perk as both of these restaurants are super popular and are often fully booked before reservations are released to non-Disney Hotel Guests via the Disneyland Paris App/website. (Character lunches and dinners are available to book for non-Disney Hotel Guests 60 days in advance. For Character breakfasts, it's 3 days in advance.)
My family dined at the Royal Banquet during our last visit and I have to say that it is now probably my favourite Character meal at Disneyland Paris. The restaurant itself is just gorgeous and we were lucky enough to have the entrance to
Disneyland Park as the view from our table. The Disney characters, dressed in their regal attire, looked adorable and visited our table several times each, during the meal.
Once you have enjoyed your meal, I would highly recommend spending a little time soaking up the pure elegance of the Disneyland Hotel. The lobby, staircases and corridors are all great places to have a mini-photoshoot with your very own prince/princess and, if you time it right, you might even see a Disney Princess or, catch La Troupe Royale show.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
