I am booking a DCL reservation and want to coordinate a WDW stay for thanksgiving 2026. When will the booking window for WDW resorts open for November 2026?

    Hello Thomas!

What a wonderful way to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. A land and sea Disney vacation is truly something to be thankful for! The magic of combining the enchantment of Walt Disney World with the wonder of Disney Cruise Line will create memories to last a lifetime.

The fall 2026 Disney Cruise Line itineraries were just announced, and general booking will open on September 2, 2025. If you’re a Castaway Club member, you’ll have the chance to book even earlier, which is a fantastic way to secure your ideal stateroom. Booking early really is the best way to ensure smooth sailing from the start!

As for your Walt Disney World stay, resort availability is currently visible through October 2026. If history is any guide, November dates will likely open in October. Keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog. That’s usually where the latest release news drops. With that head start, you’ll be well-positioned to add a resort stay at one of the many beautiful Disney Resort Hotels, each sprinkled with its own special magic.

Here’s a fun fact to add to the excitement: During Thanksgiving week at Walt Disney World, you can celebrate two holidays at once! The parks will have already transformed into a holiday wonderland. There are likely to be a couple of opportunities to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party during Thanksgiving week.

    See ya real soon!
