Disneyland Hotel Royal Banquet

William from Northern Ireland Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a booking for the 4th-8th of December at DLP. I booked the half board plan but none of the restaurants I would like are available. Am I too early or are they fully booked? The meal plan isn't worth it without these restaurants. Thanks

Bonjour, William and welcome to planDisney!

A visit to Disneyland Paris during Enchanted Christmas really is the best way to get into the spirit of the season! Be sure to keep an eye on the Disneyland Paris website in early November for more information about what festivities you can expect to see, during your visit.

My family have actually booked a short trip to Disneyland Paris, at the end of November, specifically to see all that the Enchanted Christmas season has to offer. I have my fingers firmly crossed that it will be snowing on Main Street U.S.A., like in previous years.

William, I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but, as it is possible for Disney Hotel Guests to make dining reservations up to a year in advance, as soon as they have booked and linked their booking on the Disneyland Paris App or, website, it is likely that some of the more popular restaurants are already fully booked for the dates of your stay.

I, myself, made my dining reservations back in November 2024 for our November 2025 trip.

My best advice to you would be to make reservations now at restaurants which are available to book, so that you have some meals booked during your stay. Then, keep checking for availability at your desired restaurants, frequently, from now until your arrival at Disneyland Paris. Should reservations become available at your preferred locations, book those and cancel the back up reservations which you made earlier.

Please also note that you do not need to make dining reservations for breakfast at your Disney Hotel.

If you booked directly with Disneyland Paris and would like to add any Character Dining to your Hotel + Ticket package, this can be done anytime after booking (subject to availability) via your MyDisney Account once you have paid for your booking in full and if you haven't yet paid in full, you can do this by calling the phone number provided in your confirmation letter or via the Live Chat function on the Disneyland Paris website or Disneyland Paris App.

If you booked with a third-party travel agent, you will need to contact them directly.

Top Tip - The Live Chat function can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris website and/or Disneyland Paris App.

Lastly, if you decide that you want to cancel your Half Board Meal Plan, you should be able to do this using the methods detailed above.

Before I go, what I will say, William, is that in my experience perseverance does pay off. Cancellations do occur all of the time as Guests plans change. Particularly at short notice, as Guests begin to finalise their plans for the coming day(s).

I hope that this information has been of help and that you're able to dine at all of the restaurants you would like to, during your stay.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!

    Emma
