Bus time from old key West to animal kingdom

Hi there, Amy, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy that you're here today with this great question about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! You'll be arriving at the Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few short hours, and you must be thrilled!

Amy, you'll be happy to know that the bus ride from Disney's Old Key West Resort to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is about 20 minutes. This can vary due to traffic and other factors, so plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time. Buses run about every 15-20 minutes, and you can get an estimate of upcoming bus arrivals at your Resort within the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

You're going to have a blast at Animal Kingdom! I highly recommend heading to Kilimanjaro Safaris in the morning, when the animals are typically most active. If you're a thrill-seeker, check out Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain for a truly wild ride. For a delicious beverage or snack, look no further than Nomad Lounge. My tip is to join the mobile walk-up list well in advance to ensure you'll get a seat.

Amy, I hope this is helpful to you as you finish packing your bags. Please stop by planDisney with any other questions you have!

    See ya real soon!
