It sounds like you have had a slight change of plans and need to adjust your tickets. I'm not sure what is going on that is making this a challenge. In my experience, I could no longer change my kids' tickets once I transferred their
MyDisney accounts from ones I managed to them managing their own. Once they turned 13, I added their email addresses and invited them to manage their accounts, allowing them to view all of our plans. I can now see their tickets on the website and in the My Disney Experience app, but I am unable to change them. I'm not sure if that is the case with your family, but it could be one explanation.
You may want to
call Customer Service and see if a Cast Member can assist. They should be able to view the tickets and inform you of your options for changing the dates.
