Elvira, it's time to giddy up and make sure you've downloaded the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Tap the icon in the bottom right corner to take you to the main menu, then scroll down to My Plans and select Hotel Reservations. You'll see the countdown to your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel check-in date at the top of the screen. Scroll down to where it says Check-In Service and click the blue button that says Start Check-In Now. This process allows you to confirm your details digitally, allowing you to skip the Front Desk.
If you arrive before your room is ready, you're welcome to store your luggage at
Bell Services and
enjoy the amenities of your Resort and the Disney Theme Parks. Once your room is ready, you'll receive a notification. You can then use the My Disney Experience Mobile App or your
MagicBand+ to unlock your room's door.
You're going to love staying at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! One of my favorite things to do when staying there is to watch the
Electrical Water Pageant. Ask a helpful Cast Member what time you can expect it to float by each evening and head out toward the water's edge for a twinkling light show set to a nostalgic medley.
