Confused as marathon register is today 17th March 10am - so 3pm UK time. So it hasn't plenty yet but says sold out? Is that an error on disneys page? Surely must be!!

Lace up your trainers, Alexandra, because planDisney is here to help! It sounds like you're hoping to register for some runDisney events today, so let's aim for the finish line and explore the process.

As you know, registration opens today for the 2027 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. According to the runDisney website, it will open at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, which is still a couple of hours away. You can search online for the current time in Orlando to see exactly when to be on your mark and ready to go!

I just popped on the runDisney site, and there's currently a blue button to "Enter Waiting Room." You should be able to click that to join the waiting room now, and around 10:00 AM EST, you'll join the queue with a randomly assigned position to register. I'm so excited for you!

It's been a bit since I registered for a runDisney event, but I recall it was helpful to have all pertinent information for myself and anyone else I was planning to sign up. Be sure you have a list that includes full names, addresses, ages, shirt sizes, email addresses, phone numbers, and emergency contacts. You should see an option to add another runner before you start the checkout process.

Alexandra, I'm sprinkling pixie dust and race bibs your way for luck! I hope your visit to Walt Disney World Resort next year is a winner. Stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
