What is the cost for me, as a Florida resident, to buy my 3 yr old grandson an annual pass

Greetings, Beth, and welcome to planDisney!

I’m so happy to meet you and even more excited to hear that you are considering becoming a Passholder, while your grandson is. He is so lucky to have you as a grandparent! I hope you are already a Passholder yourself so you can continue to make memories together!

As Florida residents, you both can take advantage of some incredible deals. There is a current promotion available to Florida residents looking to purchase a Walt Disney World Annual Pass. I recommend starting there and reading through all the fine details. Beth, please keep in mind a valid Florida proof of residency will be needed to activate your Annual Pass. With your Florida ID, you can also take advantage of the Monthly Payment Program, so be sure to check that out as well.

Depending on how often you are looking to visit the theme parks will help guide your Annual Pass selections. I recommend taking a look at all the available options before completing your purchase. You can also find each pass's price, benefits, and details here to compare them all before selecting the pass that would work best for you as a local Floridian. I’m so excited for you both and all the memories you will continue to make together.

I myself grew up going to the Disney Parks and as a parent, being able to share and create those new memories with my little ones has been so magical. I think some of my favorite trips have been when we visited with my parents, the grandparents. Seeing my dad relive the memories he made with me, with my children is pure magic. Most recently he was able to take a ride on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster with my daughter and since then it’s been the highlight of his trip. Probably because I remember growing up refusing to get on with him out of fear. I did eventually cave in my teenage years but it wasn’t as nearly as cool as it was riding with my seven-year-old as he’s constantly reminding me since last month.

Beth, I hope this has helped answer your question so that you can complete that purchase and start making memories that will last a lifetime. If there’s anything else you need help with, you know where to find us!

    Magical Memories,
