Ahoy, Alexis! Thanks for bringing your Disney Cruise Line question over to planDisney. I’m happy to help a fellow Virginian out with all of your Disney cruise planning needs.
Unfortunately, Disney Cruise Line announced that the 2025-2026 itineraries scheduled through February 2026 would be the
farewell season for Australia and New Zealand cruises for now. However, you never know what the future holds! At the moment, there is only one 10-Night
Hawaiian Cruise from Honolulu ending in Vancouver on the schedule that sets sail next month, but I verified with a cast member that Hawaii was not included in the farewell announcement.
As of right now, only the itineraries for early 2027 sailings have been released, so bookings are open for cruises setting sail on dates as far out as January to May 2027. There is no official date as to when the Summer 2027 itineraries will be released, but you can expect that the announcement will be made very soon with booking dates opening shortly thereafter. For reference, the 2026 Summer Itineraries were released in early February 2025 and reservations started on February 17, 2025, so definitely be on the lookout within the next month or so. If you were more interested in the Fall 2027 schedule, then you will have to wait a bit longer because those itineraries are expected to be announced toward the end of the summer. The itineraries for both Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 were announced in August 2025 with early bookings for select
Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members opening on August 25, 2025, so we expect a similar timeframe for next year.
You can always find the most up-to-date information on the Disney Cruise Line website, but I highly recommend
signing up for the Disney Cruise Line email updates, so that you don’t miss out on any of the latest news. You will get all of the new itinerary and destination announcements right in your inbox, plus special offers and updates on the new ships under construction as they prepare to join the Disney fleet.
I know that wasn’t the answer you were looking for, but I hope that you will still be able to find another itinerary that meets your needs. Happy sailing!
