My daughter and her friends want ti come ti Disneyland on spring break form their high school. They are all 16. Only one of them has a drivers license/ID. Can they purchase the California pass and use it even if I do not go with them?

Hi there, Jennifer, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! It sounds like your daughter and her friends are ready for some Spring Break fun, so let's get you an answer.

The current SoCal Resident Ticket is a great way to experience Disney magic on three different park days (theme park reservation required). That is a lot of Disney magic in a short amount of time! All Guests 18 years old and older must show a valid government-issued photo identification when using this discounted ticket for entry. The photo ID must show proof of residency within ZIP codes 90000 to 93599.

Jennifer, minors are generally not asked for their photo ID, so your daughter and her friends should be okay to use the tickets. Please note that when purchasing these tickets online, a qualifying ZIP code for both the MyDisney Account and the credit card billing address will be required. I hope this helps!

Hopefully, your Padawan will get to check out Season of the Force at Disneyland Park, which began March 28 and runs through May 11. My planDisney pal Kriss went yesterday and thinks it is not to be missed. The new projection show - "Shadows of Memory" - inside Galaxy's Edge looks stunning!

If you have any more questions, please reach out again. We would be honored to help!

    See ya real soon,
