Bonjour!
Hey, David! Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you are considering a trip to
Disneyland Paris. I have been lucky enough to visit all of the Disney Parks around the world, and, in my opinion,
Disneyland Park in Paris is the most beautiful of them all, and it has some
tough competition!
As you will be making an international journey, with a big time difference, you will likely want a day or two to adjust before you head to Disneyland. Perhaps this is the ideal time to explore Paris, or even explore a nearby city like London as part of a layover. The perfect way to enjoy Disneyland Paris is to stay at one of the six
Disney Hotels within walking distance of the Disney Parks and Disney Village. The great thing about the Disney Hotels is that they are all uniquely themed and available at different price points, ranging from the value Disney Hotel Santa Fe to the royal five-star
Disneyland Hotel, located right over the entrance to Disneyland Park.
When visiting Disneyland Paris, we more often than not choose a four-night, five-day
Hotel + Ticket Package. Packages at Disneyland Paris work a little differently from the US parks, as they always include Disney Park tickets for every day of your stay, including arrival and departure days, giving you access to both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World. Some Guests do choose to visit for shorter durations; however, to really experience as much as you can, I recommend staying longer. This is even more important from 29th March 2026, as there will be a nighttime spectacular at both parks.
Disney Tales of Magic, which has just won an IAAPA 2025 Excellence Award, and the brand-new Disney Cascade of Lights - which I cannot wait to experience for myself!
When thinking about how much your trip will cost, there are, of course, a lot of variables, from Disney Hotels to Meal Plans and
Magical Extras. Disneyland Paris has a brilliant
price comparison tool on the website which shows the cost of your holiday based on arrival date and hotel, so you can really see how where you stay, and the dates of your trip, can make a big difference to the cost. We often find that moving our arrival date by a day or two can lead to big savings!
Whilst I haven't been able to give you a definitive answer today, David, I hope this helps you plan how long you might like to stay at Disneyland Paris when you visit. If you have any further vacation planning questions, please
reach out to me. I'd love to help!
See you on Main Street, Paris!
