Welcome to planDisney, Patricia!
As Ursula sarcastically reminds us, "Life's full of tough choices, isn't it?" And unfortunately, one of those tough choices might be deciding to cancel a much-anticipated
Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Currently, Disney allows Guests to
cancel a vacation package and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival. If you need to cancel between 2 and 29 days beforehand, you'll still get a refund, but there's a $200 cancellation fee per room. Cancellations made one day before arrival or later—including no-shows—are non-refundable. Just note that packages booked through third-party sites or tied to special promotions might follow different policies.
To cancel, simply call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line. Whilst cancellations can't be completed online, a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you and go over your available options.
Cheers, Patricia. TTFN, ta-ta for now.
