Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with your first question, this time about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World next week, how exciting! It really will be no time at all until you are walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.!
It looks like you are planning to spend some time at
Disney Springs during your next trip. There is so much to enjoy in this dining and shopping district, it almost feels like a theme park in itself. During your visit, Disney Springs opens at 10 am, so while there are no set times for the parking garages to open, you can generally expect them to be open by around 9 am. This is usually the same for security, too.
I have actually experienced getting into Disney Springs earlier than 10 am recently for my wedding! Our ceremony was at 10 am, and we had no problem at all getting parked and through security by 9:30.
While we are talking about Disney Springs, I have to mention possibly my favourite place to grab a treat in all of Walt Disney World. Now, I bet you think I am going to say Gideon’s Bakehouse (that place is brilliant!), but actually, it is
The Ganachery, located in The Landing. The
artisan s’mores are out of this world, made right in front of you by the skilled Cast Members! I look forward to grabbing one (more than one!) on every vacation!
