due to arrive at Old Key West Resort shortly. We have a UK disabled badge holder in our party. We really need a villa with two bathroom doors (one from bedroom, one from lounge). We would like to request block 62 to be near clubhouse. how do we do this pl

Hi there, Hazel, and a warm welcome to planDisney. It won't be long until you're sailing into your island paradise at Old Key West... let the memories begin!

Disney's Old Key West Resort is home to one of my favourite restaurants, Olivia's Cafe. I love the Brunch Menu, and simply must recommend the Banana Bread French Toast; it is truly magical! Followed by a stroll around the beautiful grounds of this resort, makes for the perfect morning.

When it comes to accessibility, Disney Resort Hotels go to infinity and beyond to ensure all guests have a magical stay, with accessible rooms and features. At Old Key West Resort, accessible villas can be found on the ground floor or in buildings 62, 63, or 64, which have elevators. As you would like to request building 62, Hazel, I recommend calling Walt Disney World Resort to make your request with a Cast Member. Although your request isn't guaranteed, I'm wishing upon a star that you get the room you've been dreaming of!

Top Tip: Hop aboard the water taxi at Old Key West and sail to Disney Springs for a browse around the shops. World of Disney and DisneyStyle are two of my favourites!

I hope you have the most wonderful trip, Hazel, and make memories that last a lifetime.

If you have any more questions, stop by and see me anytime at planDisney.

Sending faith, trust, and pixie dust,

    Abi
