Hi there, Sherry - Welcome Home, and welcome back to planDisney! It's great to see you again. I'm so happy to hear that you have some
Disney Vacation Club adventures to look forward to in 2026, and it's my pleasure to help with this question for your upcoming vacation at
Disneyland Resort.
I had my first visit to The Happiest Place on Earth about a year and a half ago with some of my planDisney pals. It really was magical to experience the history of the park and check out all of the attractions and shows that make Disneyland unique! There are so many great dining options between the parks, the hotels, and
Downtown Disney. I had one of the best Mexican meals of my life at
Paseo, and we even got fancy one night with a memorable dinner at
Napa Rose, which is conveniently located for your stay in
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
Sherry, I experienced the situation you've encountered when I was planning our Anaheim adventure. Dining reservations at Disneyland work differently from those at
Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. While you can book at the 60-day mark for both locations, at Disneyland, you have to book each day separately (so 60 days before each specific date). At Walt Disney
World, you can book all of your dining reservations for the entire stay, starting 60 days before your check-in date.
At this point, you should be solidly within your 60-day booking window, so I hope you can snag some reservations for all the best spots! If you don't see availability for everything you're hoping for, I recommend checking back closer to your March trip, as Guests' plans will often change.
I hope you have a wonderful time on your well-deserved vacation, Sherry! Thanks so much for making a return visit to planDisney, and please don't hesitate to reach out again if we can help with any other questions.
Stay Magical!
Susan
