Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa is a meticulously detailed and breathtaking Disney Vacation Club resort that perfectly blends the magic of Disney and the culture of Hawaii. And the level of detail doesn’t stop in its theming and decor; the Imagineers thoroughly planned out every square foot of the resort to ensure that guests from all walks of life can enjoy all Aulani has to offer.
Currently, Aulani does not offer electric scooters for rent. However, I have some good news Robin! I spoke to a Cast Member at Aulani recently and they informed me that Aulani allows third party companies to deliver electric scooters for you to rent during your stay. You may be able to search for some nearby scooter delivery companies to inquire about deliveries to the resort to match your arrival.
Robin, you may already know this, but
Aulani also offers DVC villas to accommodate guests with special needs. Be sure to check the “Accessible Rooms” when making your booking on the DVC website to see the kinds of different rooms the resort has to offer. In addition, Aulani offers various amenities for those with special needs. For example, Aulani offers the use of water wheelchairs (subject to availability), allowing guests with special needs to roll right into the
Waikolohe Pool as it offers zero-depth entry points. In addition, Aulani also offers the
use of sand wheelchairs, allowing guests to roll right up on the beach and enjoy the lagoon. I can tell you Robin from firsthand experience, there is nothing more beautiful than watching an Aulani sunset!
