My family are big fans of making a splash at
Disney Water Parks, and always make sure to explore
Blizzard Beach and
Typhoon Lagoon on our trips. Last year, my daughter conquered
Summit Plummet for the first time, and can’t wait to go back and do it all over again!
Although there is currently no set schedule for Character Experiences at Blizzard Beach, Characters do occasionally surprise guests with an appearance. Last summer, we bumped into our pal Goofy hanging out near Sonny's Sleds, so keep your eyes peeled when you visit! Pro-Tip: There are some great spots for photos at Blizzard Beach, so you can hold on to all of the memories you are about to make. The Snowman Family statue at the park's entrance is a great setting for a group picture. My personal favourite is the Hidden Mickey Raft at the bottom of
Teamboat Springs- it makes for a great photo backdrop.
