Hey, Howdy Hey, Sheree!
Welcome back to the planDisney Roundup. We’re so happy to have you.
You’ll be happy to hear that there are printable PDF versions of all four theme parks available on the Walt Disney World Website. My daughter and I like to bring home our maps that we used during the day and save them in our Disney keepsake box. It’s fun for us to see how worn out they are at the end of the day, with how many times we open and fold them. Plus, they are nice to pull back out as we begin planning our next one. So when you go, you might consider bringing back home with you as a keepsake that doubles as a planning tool.
In the meantime, to access a map of
Magic Kingdom, you’ll want to scroll all the way down the web page past the map. Directly below the map, you'll see "Magic Kingdom Guide Map". Click on that to open up a new browser tab with the
PDF version of the actual park map currently being handed out. Depending on when you’re visiting, the map might change a bit. Overall, though, both, Magic Kingdom and
Hollywood Studios maps will be the same. The only major differences you might find will be the cover photo and any seasonal offerings mentioned in the
map folds.
If you are looking for an interactive map, both the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience app have great map options. I prefer to use the one on my
mobile device because it allows me to search for a location and then set up directions for that location. It works similarly to a car map, which comes in handy once you are there in the theme parks, trying to get to a new location. My family usually uses this search feature when we are doing something new and trying to find our way. Most recently, we used it to navigate our walking path from the Transportation and Ticket Center to the
Polynesian Resort.
Sheree, I hope this helps answer your question so that you can continue to navigate your upcoming plans. If there’s anything else we can help with, please be sure to let us know.
Dream Big,
Shantel
