    Hello. I was gifted an on board cruise credit and I’m not sure how to attach it to my reservation?

    Hi there, Delcie!

    It is almost cruise time! Can you believe that in just a few days you'll be sailing away with Captain Minnie? It won't be long now!

    I loved hearing that Disney Cruise Line added an option for "Sail Away Gifts," which lets you start your vacation with onboard credit gifted to you. If someone gifted you a credit, it should automatically appear on your cruise account. Upon arrival in your stateroom, check the desk or bed for a small card that specifies the onboard credit amount. Once you begin making onboard purchases, such as specialty drinks, souvenirs, and photos, with your Key to the World card or DisneyBand+, the charges will be deducted from the credit amount first. In the DCL Navigator App, you'll see an option to check your cruise account, and the credit should appear there as well. If you have any issues finding it, stop by Guest Services for help.
