Disney Gift Card. I use them for everything: tickets, dining, shopping, Lightning Lane multi-passes, and Enchanting Extras. My family knows this about me, so I receive them for pretty much every holiday!
I’m sorry to hear that your Disney e-Gift Card isn’t working. First off, I’m glad you have the receipt, as it will come in handy. For issues with Disney Gift Cards, you will want to talk to a Cast Member in Disney Gift Card Services. Typically, you can find their contact information in the e-Gift Card email, but if you can’t find it in the redemption email, you can also find it on their
website. They will be able to help you determine the next steps and get you access to the gift. I always recommend emailing the receipt to Disney Gift Card Services as well.
