Hi there Halle,
Oh, boy! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for sending me your question. How wonderful that you're planning a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort for next summer... woo hoo!
I'm not certain when you made your reservation, so perhaps if it was very recently it may take a minute to appear in your My Disney account. What you will want to do is log on to
My Disney Experience, and check what you have listed in My Plans. If you do you not see your Disney Resort reservation details here, hover over the Resort Hotel icon and click "Link a Reservation". Once it's linked, you should see things like the resort, dates of your stay, guests included on the reservation, confirmation number, and your remaining balance due. This is the area where you would typically find a "Make a Payment" link in blue.
Note that this payment option is only for Disney vacation packages, which is a Disney Resort plus theme park tickets. You can typically make payments in any amount and frequency, up until that final remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. However, if you have made a hotel room only reservation, you will have paid your first night stay as a deposit and the remaining balance is not due until check-in day. So the "Make a Payment" option is not available on these type of bookings.
If you are still unable to find where to make a payment, you can call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be happy to help.
Did you know that the Disney Parks Blog has announced some incredibly
exciting things for Summer of 2026 when you'll be visiting? This includes the return of the wonderful perk of free admission to a Disney Water Park on arrival day for Disney Resort guests! I enjoyed taking advantage of this perk earlier this year at Typhoon Lagoon, we had so much fun. I definitely recommend this if it works into your plans!
Halle, I hope this helps you track down what you needed. Please feel free to send in any other questions to us at planDisney. I'll be sending pixie-dust your way to have an amazing vacation at Disney World.
Hi ho, hi ho... it's off to fun you go!
