Heading to WDW 5/10-5/15 with my daughters(12&9). We will only have 3 park days. Which 2 parks should we split? What would be a good strategy for that split using LLMP & LLSP? Hoping to maximize that split day

Hi Alissa! Welcome back to planDisney!

I can't think of a better way to spend Mother's Day with your girls than at the Most Magical Place on Earth! I'm sure you are all very excited to arrive next month and begin creating amazing memories together while exploring the parks and resorts.

If you plan to visit all four theme parks in three days, you'll first need to make sure you added the Park Hopper Option to your ticket package. This will allow you to visit multiple parks each day. If you only plan to split up one of your park days, you'll have plenty of combinations to do so. Most Guests choose to make Magic Kingdom a full park day and for good reason. There are more attractions at this park than any other while also having an incredible nighttime spectacular that you do not want to miss.

From here, I think it will depend on what you and your daughters prefer when exploring a theme park. My girls can easily spend a full day in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park between the attractions and numerous shows available. On top of that, there are countless animal exhibits and the safari to check out. For Star Wars fans, spending time in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios is a top priority. Between everything else this park has to offer, you can easily get lost in a full day here as well.

Alissa, there truly is no wrong answer to how you decide to split up your stay. Since you'll be utilizing Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass, it seems like attractions will be a top priority during your trip. In this case, I would make Animal Kingdom and EPCOT the two parks you visit on your split day. With Animal Kingdom typically opening up earlier than other parks, you can get a head start on your day and then hop over to EPCOT when you are ready. I suggest grabbing a Lightning Lane Single Pass for Avatar Flight of Passage and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind for the times you plan to be in each park. You can then purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass and select a few attractions to start your day. Once you begin riding them, you can then choose rides located at EPCOT for the afternoon and evening.

Alissa, I hope you have a wonderful time during your stay! Stop back and see us again at planDisney!

    See ya real soon!
