Hey there, Tara! I love that your
pets will have a magical stay at Disney! How fun!
If you’re planning to bring your furry friend to
Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, Disney does have some vaccination requirements to keep all the pets and guests safe. Currently, those vaccines that must be up-to-date are rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Disney may also ask for proof of current vaccinations when you check in, so it’s a good idea to have your veterinarian provide a copy of your dog’s records.
It’s worth noting that these requirements can change, so I always recommend calling Fort Wilderness before your trip. That way, you can be certain you have all the proper documentation and vaccines up to date. Having everything ready not only makes check-in smooth but also helps ensure your doggies have a happy and safe stay while you enjoy all the magic of Walt Disney World!
Have a spectacular time at Disney with your fur babies, Tara!
Toodles,
Korliss
