Hello, I have a hotel and disneyland Paris booking - I have linked the hotel in the Disney App - but the 5 day park tickets aren’t visible - even in the more details section. How do I link my park passes please ? thank you

    Bonjour!

Welcome to planDisney, Keira! It's great to see a fellow Guest from the UK here at planDisney! Thank you for visiting with your question today about your upcoming holiday to Disneyland Paris this September! I love helping others plan their trips to Disney Destinations around the world - now, let's talk about Disneyland Paris!

Keira, you have gone for a Hotel + Ticket Package, which is a great choice as it offers a great price, and will make your holiday super convenient to manage. Now that you have linked your hotel booking to the Disneyland Paris app, you will be able to explore the features of your Disney Hotel. You don't need to do anything else to see your park passes; like magic, they will appear on your app 7 days before your arrival as part of your MagicPass. When the tickets appear, I always select the option to add them to my mobile wallet, so finding the tickets to scan into the Disney Parks is even easier.

Talking of the Disneyland Paris app, did you know you can make dining reservations across the resort, right now, on the app? My family really enjoy eating at the buffet-style restaurants as we find this much easier with our young children, who can be picky eaters at times! On our most recent trip, we loved our dinner at Chuck Wagon Café at Disney Hotel Cheyenne - it was a real cowboy cookout! And we always enjoy Agrabah Café Restaurant over in Adventureland! You can check out all the restaurants and their menus on the app, too! I always recommend making reservations, as the restaurants do often get fully booked.

One more thing, I see you have a 5-day trip planned - in my opinion, this is the perfect amount of time to explore Disneyland Paris, this is the length of trip we go for, too! During your holiday, I also recommend taking the time to explore the different Disney Hotels - I particularly enjoy grabbing a coffee and snack at Disney Newport Bay Club at the Captain's Quarters and an evening mocktail at the Skyline Bar at Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel! These locations do not require booking; you can just swing by!

I hope this helps answer your question, Keira! If you have any more questions as you plan your trip, please reach out to me. I'd love to help!

    See ya real soon!
