I and my husband are coming with our 6 year old.She is 4"2'. What rides are best to plan in Epcot? Also some best rides of the park even for adults would be good to know, just in case my daughter wants to relax and we can take turns doing few

Hello there Ekta, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for sending in your fun question to us. I love all things EPCOT!! There's so much to explore and enjoy, even beyond the rides... your family is going to have such a wonderful time!

Here is a handy guide listing all height requirements for rides at each of the four Disney Parks. There are only four rides at EPCOT with a height restriction, and it looks like your little Mousekeeter is tall enough for them all!

Here are my top attraction recommendations for your daughter:

    • Remy's Ratatouille Adventure - Located in France, in the World Showcase area of EPCOT. Such a blast!
    • Frozen Ever After - This is a wonderful attraction that every princess should experience! Adults will enjoy it, too.
    • Moana's Journey of Water - This walk through, interactive, outdoor exhibit is so much fun. It's beautiful, entertaining, and something you typically won't need to stand in any lines to enjoy. Definitely a must-see! It's located very close to The Seas With Nemo, so chart your course to visit both when you are in the World Nature area.
    • The Seas With Nemo & Friends - This fun ride concludes by delivering you right into a live aquarium you can explore!

Must-do's for you and your husband include two of my all time favorite attractions in all of Disney World: Soarin' and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. If she is not afraid of heights, I definitely recommend your daughter also try Soarin'... where you'll get the sensation of gliding over some of the most beautiful locations in the world! It's amazing!

Lines can be long for some of these popular attractions, especially around the busy holiday season. So if you are a guest staying at a Disney Resort, I highly recommend taking advantage of your Early Theme Park entry perk. Another option that can save you time spent standing in line is to consider purchasing Lightning Lane Passes. They help you pack a lot more into your Disney Day! If you decide to go this route, make sure you've got your park tickets linked, and be sure to log on to the My Disney Experience app at 7 AM ET as soon as your purchase eligibility window opens up. That's 7 days ahead of your check-in date for Disney Resort guests, or 3 days ahead of your visit for other guests.

One last tip before I go, Ekta! Consider making a reservation for a character dining experience, either with the royal princesses at Akershus Banquet Hall, or the lively and hilarious Chip & Dale at Garden Grill. These meals have ended up being some of our favorite Disney trip memories!

I'm so excited for your magical trip! I'll be wishing upon a star that you have a terrific time at EPCOT, and please let us know at planDisney if we can help with anything else.

    See ya' real soon!
