Hi Denise,
Thanks for visiting planDisney! I’m happy to hear that you and your husband are planning to visit Disneyland so soon!
The Holidays at the Disneyland Resort run through January 7, so you can expect to see holiday entertainment and decorations until then. You can check out the Disney Parks Blog for the latest information on what will be
available at the parks for the holidays. Along with classic entertainment like the
Christmas Fantasy Parade, there are plenty of
seasonal items to discover all across the resort! I have my eye on the delicious Turkey Pot Pie Soup at the
Jolly Holiday Bakery Café!
I also love heading over to the
Festival of Holidays at California Adventure because there’s such a wide variety of dishes to try, inspired by cultures around the world. I cannot wait to try the Cookie Dough Yule Log at the festival. Be sure to check out the
full Foodie Guide to find something you and your husband will enjoy.
Currently, there are no special
Discounts for Canadian Residents. I recommend visiting the Offers and Discounts page for any future deals for our friends up North.
If you decide to visit later in January, you’ll be right on time for the
Lunar New Year festival at California Adventure! This festival highlights Asian culture while celebrating the New Year. It also features a variety of delicious bites and beverages inspired by diverse Asian cuisines. Check out the Disney Parks Blog
Foodie Guide for the 2025 festival to get an idea of what might be offered, and keep an eye out for the 2026 guide as it becomes available.
I hope this information was helpful, Denise! If you have more questions or would like additional tips for your upcoming adventure, feel free to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’re always here to add a little extra pixie dust to your vacation.
Have a magical vacation!
