Welcome back to planDisney, Marianne! I hope you and your family are excited about your Alaskan cruise on the
Disney Wonder. I am happy to share the scheduled theme nights with you:
- Night 1: Casual
- Night 2: Formal
- Night 3: Frozen Deck Party
- Night 4: Casual
- Night 5: Optional Dress Up
If there are any changes to the schedule, they will be listed in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. If you want to use the
self-service laundry facilities, they are open 24 hours a day. You will find locations on Deck 2 Midship, Deck 6 Midship, and Deck 7 Midship. The cost to wash and dry will be charged to your stateroom account. You can also purchase detergent and fabric softener. Use of the irons is at no cost. There are also laundry, dry-cleaning, and pressing services available starting on embarkation day. My family has done this when we needed multiple items ironed. The cost is dependent on the service you need and the piece of clothing you need serviced. There will be a small laundry bag that you will fill with the items you will send out, and a form to complete. You can then hand the bag to your stateroom host or hostess. Your items will be delivered back to your stateroom when they are completed.
Marianne, I hope you have a magical cruise across Alaska. Take lots of pictures as you are sailing toward the Stikine Icecap. Seeing this in person is an amazing experience! Some of your favorite Disney characters will be out in their Alaska gear, so take lots of pictures with them too!
