Hello I’m looking for to stay in a Disney resort in Orlando. I need 2 rooms but I can’t pay anything more than 400 a night per room. Is there any options? I’m looking to stay from January 15-27

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Tyler!

You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney. How exciting that you are planning a Disney vacation in January.  It is a wonderful time to visit, as it gives you something to look forward to after the holidays. The parks are often less crowded this time of year as well, as families return home from vacation weeks, so it is a wonderful time to be immersed in the magic and start your year off with extra pixie dust.

Tyler, I would recommend looking at the Value Resorts (specifically the Disney All Star Resorts), as typically these rooms are under $400 a night. Pricing does vary throughout the year, but typically, these Resorts are great options for a budget-friendly stay.  There are also some family suites in the Value Resorts that can accommodate parties of 6. I stayed at Disney's All Star Music Resort last year, and it was a fantastic experience. Not only did it have great amenities and immersive theming, but it came with all of the benefits of staying at a Disney Resort at a price that put extra pixie dust back in my wallet.

Alternatively, I can see there are two Moderate Resorts with availability for your dates at the moment (of course, this is subject to change) that are also within your budget per room.  The two I see are Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside, and both are excellent Resorts. In fact, I stayed at Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside last month, and I loved it. From the New Orleans theming to the delicious dining and fun evening entertainment, not to mention the comfortable room, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Now, here's a tip for you, Tyler. If you check Resort availability and don't see what you are looking for right away, keep checking (even multiple times per day.) Guests' plans change regularly, and it is very common for Resort availability to be different from day to day and even within the same day.  That's how I have secured stays at Walt Disney World on many occasions.

I hope this helps you, Tyler! If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions or if you need any tips for maximizing your budget during your stay, soar back here to see me, and I'll be so happy to help you.

    Reach for the sky!
