Hi! I’m planning a trip to Disneyland and my flight arrives early in the morning. I’m planning to stay at the Disneyland Hotel. If I arrive before check in, can I drop my luggage off at the hotel? Thanks so much!

    Alexis, welcome to planDisney!

Staying at the Disneyland Hotel is such a special treat! I'm so jealous you get to go and experience all it has to offer. Get ready to walk through that classic lobby and take in that perfect blend of Disney nostalgia and modern magic. And all this knowing you're just steps away from the parks. The vacation feeling begins the moment you arrive, even if it's bright and early in the morning.

You'll be pleased to know that you can drop your luggage off before check-in. Just stop by Bell Services when you arrive, and they'll happily store your bags for you whilst you head off to explore. You'll be free to enjoy the parks (maybe take advantage of Early Entry if you're staying before January 5, 2026), grab breakfast in Downtown Disney District, or just wander the resort until your room is ready.

Pro tip: make sure you have your essentials, like phone, medications, swimwear, or a portable charger, in a day bag before handing everything over. That way, you're all set for a carefree morning of fun. Enjoy your stay, Alexis!
