My Disney Experience app isn't fully loading your dining plans, here are a few pixie-dusted tricks that I usually do when I’m troubleshooting:
First, try force-closing and reopening the app. Sometimes, a little restart is all it needs to get back on track. If that doesn’t work, double-check that you're using the latest version of the app by heading into your phone's app store. Check to see if there are any updates available and run that through to see if that helps.
You can also log in to your account on the
Walt Disney World website from a desktop computer to see if your
reservations show up there. If the app is behaving like Stitch, the website might be able to keep that little alien troublemaker in check!
If it’s still giving you trouble, you can always reach out to the
My Disney Experience tech team by calling the number listed in the Help section of the app or website. They're super helpful and can usually sort things out faster than you can say “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!”
