Hi! We jave tickets for Not So Scary October 19, but I am having trouble seeing my tockets online. Thank you!

Boo to you, Elizabeth! How exciting to see that you're headed to the Most Magical Place on Earth for some spooky fun later this week! Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is always one of my favorite special events of the year! From the festive decorations, fun attraction overlays, and trick or treating all over the park, you're in for a night of spooky fun!

Elizabeth, let's see if we can't reach out to the spirits from somewhere beyond to get those party tickets to materialize! First, when you're logged into your My Disney Experience mobile app, click on those three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Next, select the "My Tickets & Passes" tile at the top left. Here, you should see any tickets, including special event tickets, that are linked to your My Disney Experience account or the My Disney Experience accounts of your connected Family and Friends. Scroll through to see if you can find them here. If you still don't see them, I'd recommend reaching out to a helpful Cast Member at the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number to have them dig into your account and see where those tickets might be!

One other recommendation I can offer is that if you purchased the tickets through a third-party, you want to be sure that you've linked your ticket to your My Disney Experience account. To do this on the app, from the "My Tickets and Passes" tile, click on the plus sign at the top right and then select "Link Tickets & Passes". Here, you'll have the option to scan, tap, or type your ticket information in and connect it to your account.

Elizabeth, I hope this helps! If you have any other issues with your ticket, you can also stop by Guest Relations at the entrance to Magic Kingdom before the party to get your tickets connected and ready to scan in for the fun! While you're enjoying the party, be sure to keep an eye out for some special guests in the trick-or-treat trails and stake out a spot on Main Street U.S.A. for Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular - this is such a festive fireworks event!

If you have any other questions as you count down the final days to your trip, come see us again here at planDisney, Elizabeth! There's always room for one more here!

    Stay Spooky,
    Alison
