On my last Disney cruise, I put down a 250$ placeholder for a future cruise. I'd like to use that and the discount for another cruise in June. Who do I talk to to make this happen? Can I do it online?

Ahoy there, Candace! I'm so glad that you had so much fun on your last Disney Cruise Line vacation that you purchased a placeholder to book another! The placeholder, or onboard offer, allows you to receive a 10% discount off the prevailing rate for a non-concierge stateroom. If you book a sailing that is 7-Nights or longer, you will receive a reduced deposit amount. This onboard offer can be applied to select sailings within 24 months of the purchase date.

You can view your placeholder online. After you sign in to the Disney Cruise Line website, visit the "Already Booked" tab, then My Reservations. You should see My Reservations-Future Cruise Placeholder on that page. If you are having issues locating your placeholder on the website, you can call Disney Cruise Line directly for help.

There are lots of itinerary options for next June. The Disney Destiny and Adventure will be navigating the high seas. There are also some Alaskan sailings. I hope you find the perfect one for you, Candace.

If you have any other questions, sail back to planDisney to visit us again.

    Magic awaits,
