Legal nights do they serve the fufu and the apple crumble/crisp dessert at Boma ?

Hello there, Marisa! Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with such a fun and flavorful question. Boma is one of my absolute favorite dining locations, and I love hearing from fellow Guests who are just as excited about its unique offerings as I am!

I'm going to assume that you’re referring to late nights or the later dinner seatings at Boma. The first thing to keep in mind is that Boma typically closes around 9:30 p.m. most evenings, but operating hours can shift depending on the day. I always recommend checking the My Disney Experience app or the online hours calendar for the most accurate information during your visit.

Now, let's talk about the dishes you're hoping to try. Their beloved fufu has been a longtime fan favorite, and I completely understand why Guests ask about it so often. It’s such a memorable, comforting dish. That said, I haven't seen it on the buffet in quite some time. Boma rotates its offerings periodically, and while some staples return from time to time, fufu hasn't been part of the regular lineup recently. I'm crossing my fingers right along with you that it finds its way back onto the menu soon!

As for desserts, those change frequently as well, but the good news is that the pastry team at Boma never disappoints. I was just there recently and enjoyed a warm apple cobbler that was absolutely wonderful. It was sweet, cozy, and everything you'd hope for in a dessert at a place like Boma. While specific items can vary from night to night, you can expect a delicious selection no matter when you visit.

If you meant something different or if you have follow-up questions about menu items, hours, or anything else, please feel free to reach out again. I'd love to help you make the most of your Animal Kingdom Lodge dining experience!

    Warm hugs,
